Inspect or Manage after you close the deal to understand the condition of your home purchase. We inspect structural and electrical systems, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, plumbing and appliances. Our professional inspector provides an on-site, computer generated report. This inspector will provide an unlimited time frame to assess your home and provide you with the most thorough inspection.
This company can baby sit or manage your property while you are away or if you have a vacation home. Your property can be visited a minimum of 4 to 6 times a month or as needed for security and maintenance if required. No need for hiring a Realtor to take care of your property. We can make small repairs or offer landscaping if needed on location to avoid high maintenance costs with contractors. Property management not offered on rental occuppied homes, only vacant homes or properties that are used for weekend retreats. All utilites must be in service to manage property.

This clearly exceeds T.R.E.C.'s standard of practice guidelines. For most homes this personalized check list will cover all items that T.R.E.C. requires and many more.
